The bergamot liqueur is mainly recommended as a digestive thanks to the intense aroma and fruit of the citrus fruit used. It is generally consumed cold, or better yet, frozen.
The Calabrian licorice liqueur is a regional gastronomy classic. It’s recognized as an herbaceous plant with numeral beneficial properties. The substance obtained from the roots is transformed into an excellent aroma. Licorice liqueur is recommended by our restauranteurs as a digestive after meals.
The bergamot is a citrus fruit, typical of Reggio Calabria, with an unmistakable aroma. The “cream of bergamot liqueur” is made by using the peel of the best fruits worked by hand, and combined with a milk cream.
